Welcome to zPickem. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. They describe how zPickem actually works today.

1. What zPickem is

zPickem is a social prediction and pick'em platform. Users create leagues, ask questions, make picks, run live trivia, and compete on leaderboards. It is entertainment — a game of skill and social competition among friends and communities.

2. Tokens have NO cash value

All in-app balances are "tokens." Tokens are a virtual, in-app score only. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased for real money as a wager, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred off-platform, or cashed out, and are not gambling. zPickem never pays out money. zPickem is free to use — there is nothing to buy, in the app or anywhere else.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use zPickem, and you must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings (see our Privacy Policy for what that does).

4. User content & conduct

You are responsible for the content you post — questions, chat, photos, league names, profiles, and trivia. You must follow our Community Guidelines. We do not tolerate objectionable content, harassment, or abuse. You can report any content, and you can block any user. We may remove content, hold it for review, warn, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these Terms, and we act on reports in a timely manner.

5. Acceptable use

Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, cheat or exploit the token/scoring system, scrape or abuse the API, or attempt to route around blocks or moderation. Automated abuse and attempts to assign real-world monetary value to tokens are prohibited.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, zPickem is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Because tokens have no cash value, in-app outcomes carry no financial loss.

8. Who operates zPickem

zPickem is operated by zPickem LLC. Leagues, pools, tournaments and every other competition in the app are sponsored and run solely by zPickem LLC.

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any manner with, any competition, pool, tournament or promotion in zPickem. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its contests.

Because tokens have no cash value and cannot be bought, redeemed or cashed out, no competition in zPickem awards a prize of monetary value.
